Opensign and Orbeon

Hi all,

I'm trying to add some XML digital signature capabilities to the Orbeon XForms. I've already read the old thread:

According to Erik, it is currently not on our short-term roadmap. Nevertheless, I've realized that there's a "opensing" folder in the apps folder.

I'm interested in know the status or progress of this application example (is it functional?). Could somebody help me?

We had started some work to show how the OpenSign applet can be used
to sign XForms instances, but that example is not fully usable. This
can be implemented without changes to Orbeon Forms; entirely with
XForms, XPL, and XSLT. So if you'd like to use OpenSign, you might
still want to have a look at this example, and take it from there. If
you complete the example, your contribution could be integrated in
Orbeon Forms so it can benefit other people looking for a similar
solution ;).
