On a small screen, section goes out of border of form builder

A 1280 pixel-wide browser seems to work here. How wide is your browser window?

Hi, Eric

One of my teammate uses  1280*1024, he firstly found this issue.
On my 1680px wide screen, I can re-produce it by narrow my browser window.
