Re-produce step:
1. create an form in form builder
2. add Radio Buttons
3. click the "
First choice" to make it default; and the source code may include " <control-3>one</control-3>"
4. remove the "First choice" or change the value of "First choice" from "one" to "abc"
5. take a look at the source and the old default value "one" remains
