'ORBEON.xforms.Globals.formStaticState[...].value' is null or not an object

Ashish Fadnavis
We are using a vendor product which internally uses Orbeon forms version 3.6.0.200806111758.
We are facing an interesting issue that this product works perfectly for users in Americas. However the team in Singapore gets some JavaScript error which prevents them from working.

The error is  'ORBEON.xforms.Globals.formStaticState[...].value' is null or not an object

Since both the teams are using the same application deployed on the same server, we are assuming that this is due to some client setting .We checked and all the IE settings matched between the America and Singapore users.

Please advise on what can be done to fix this  ,since we need to fix this issue ASAP.
Please let me know if additional information is needed.

Since this a vendor product I might not be able to get the source code.

Hard to tell just looking at that line. Version used is over 1 1/2
years old, which doesn't help. But there *has* to be a difference,
right? Use an HTTP sniffer to figure out the difference between the
exact same request coming from the two sources. Something like HTTP
Scoop on the Mac.
