A quick compatibility note on property files.
These all used to be under WEB-INF/resources/config
Now the ones that are not supposed to be changed are stored within
orbeon-resources-private.jar, and only properties-local.xml, if you
create it, will be under WEB-INF/resources/config.
We think that this makes it clearer that you are not "supposed" to
modify the other properties*.xml files.
