Need help regarding page-flow.xml parser class

Hi,

We have implemented tabs based scenerio in liferay ops portlet.

Now we are trying to display tabs based on user role.

We are successfull upto some extent.

But we need help regarding a class which parse page-flow.xml and load for the first time.

Means we believe there should be a class which load content of page-flow.xml when we start the server.

we need to redirect based on user role.how to  do it  in  ops .

Plz help me this is urgent requirement for our project.
