Need help in retrieving data from db2 database

I am trying to connect Xforms to DB2 database. I am not successful in my attempts. Can anyone provide help? I will appreciate if anyone can send me sample code.

I assume you are using the SQL processor, right? Have you declared a
data source in your application server and making a reference to that
data source in your code? What is the error you are getting? If
nothing very useful shows up in the web page, you might want to check
the ops.log file.
