NPE in Page Flow

>    I got a NPE when using @when in c:result element of  the page flow when I hadn't provided an @action on the c:action element. Took me  a while to realise this! I only had a @view on the c:page, but I tried the XPL  as a @model and got the same NPE, would it be possible to provide a better error  message or use the input from the @model or @view?
