My Threads take too long time to display

Hi All, I sent a mail to group before 16 hours. But still its not appear in the mail list. I dont know the reason.

But instead of creating a new thread, you responded to an existing  
thread. Please create a new thread in the future, as that makes it  
easier to figure out which questions had answers and which didn't. To  
create a new thread:

* Choose a new email subject appropriate for your question
* Send this a new message to [hidden email] instead of responding  
to an existing message
