I am hitting a parse error when reading your message ;) Please provide more context, including:

Is this with Form Runner/Form Builder? Your custom XForms? What template are you talking about? How do you change the language? Can you provide an example?

Re: Multi-language template.

Perhaps there are other way to do it. What I want to do is to create a code to re-use in varios forms. But I want to have it in three languages. I'll try to explain what I'm trying to do. I create a new template that is a library in the Form Name. I put a field in this template and I added two more languages. I add this two more languages clicking "Add language" in the right top of the Form Builder screen. And I translate the field's label into two languages.
After this I create a new form that has a field, and I add the two languages that are in the template. In this new form I add the template or library that I have created in a new section.
And when I run the form and I change the form's language, the field that is traslated in the template is not traslated into the other two languages. It is only translated into english. I change this language clicking in the laguage's links that are in the right top of the screen.
Thanks.

This was fixed a while back:

https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/commit/4d91d7ab86e9a2d405e0e6e343f34d78dab19787

The fix is in nightlies as well as in 3.9 RC1.
