Move the validation message position

Hi Purush,

I think you're referring to the position of the error summary. In which
case, yes, you can show it at the top of the page instead of the bottom.
(And for large forms, it can also make sense to have it show both at the top
and the bottom.). You can configure this with the
`oxf.fr.detail.error-summary.*.*` property:

Purush, did you get a chance trying the `oxf.fr.detail.error-summary.*.*`
property to determine where the error summary shows? If so, does it do what
you were looking for? -Alex
