Missing bottom border in IE7

I have already posted about this, but Orbeon 3.6 hasn't fixed this issue. One can even see this problem under IE7 at this page :
http://www.orbeon.com/ops/xforms-sql-address-book/ .  The bottom border of the table is not visible!

Are you aware of it ?

This is an IE issue with border collapsing in CSS. A workaround is to
have an <xhtml:tr/> just before the </xhtml:table>. I checked in this
change for this example. I would prefer to have a workaround at the
CSS level, so we don't have to change the markup in the page, so let
us know if you find one.
