Minor 4 -m3 problem

A very minor problem is that the file
apps/fr/style/images/pixelmixer/warning_64.png is missing (referenced in
xforms.css)

That image seems to be in the build. How do you tell it's not there?

I noticed it from a message in the Firebug console.

A bit more investigation....
I was expecting it to be in orbeon-resources-public.jar as it's
referenced from the xforms.css which is included in that jar

It is present in the orbeon-form-runner.jar however we don't include
that jar in our build hence the message.
