JavaScript error occurs when pasting in title of radio buttons using Ctrl-V

bpmf
I checked the latest Orbeon, when I add a radio-button and paste some
text in the title by pressing Ctrl-V,  an error dialog displays.
Control of firebug shows:

JavaScript error
TypeError: root is null
Line 137

Can you please provide exact versions and steps? In particular:

- do you mean Orbeon Forms 4.0 M6 or a nightly build?
- I assume you are talking about Form Builder?
- how exactly do you add and paste?
- exact version of Firefox?

We recently closed this issue (fixed in M7), could it be the same?

https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/issues/366

Thanks,

-Erik

Later I tried  M7, both on Firefox 13 & IE9 on Win7 64bit,  this issue remains.
Steps:
1.  create a new form in form builder
2.  insert a radio-buttons
3.  copy something ,eg, copy "new" in the address bar of your browser by pressing Ctrl-C
4.  click on the title of radio-buttons
5.  paste in the title by pressing Ctrl-C, an error dialog shows up. Using right-click-pasting is OK

Thanks, I added an issue:

https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/issues/387

It's probably Windows-specific.
