Its taking time to show the typed character in FCK editor

Hi All

In my project we are using FCK editor .. while entering text in editor its taking time to show the character and some times its hanging.. is there any fix for this ...

and if i want to move orbeon 3.6 version to 3.9 what are the necessary changes to be taken place..
