Issue with xforms:output

Mike Ahlers
Hi,

A simple question or problem. In a form I can output a resource like:

<xforms:output ref="instance('resources-instance')/detail/titles/sample"/>

But it fails inside a widget:label, it comes empty, how come? Or do I need to refer it differently?

<widget:tab id="public-notes">
    <widget:label>
        <xforms:output ref="instance('resources-instance')/detail/titles/sample"/>

Thanks,
Mike

there's a short thread regarding this subject in the mailinglist archive:

http://www.nabble.com/Unable-to-dispaly-widget-label-to16420011.html#a16420011

It should work using

<widget:tab id="public-notes">
     <widget:label
         ref="instance('resources-instance')/detail/titles/sample"/>

Hi Florian

Confirmed, it works when adding it as attribute.

Thanks,
Mike
