Is it possible to create a form without a section?

I'm creating a few forms in form builder and as it is really simple it doesnt have sections, just the form title.
Is it possible to remove the section? Or make it invisible?

Currently there is always at least one top-level section.

It would be nice to allow no top-level section, or at least a
title-less top-level section.

For now you can try to hide the section title with CSS.
