Could the missing last "/" be a problem? (Try
http://localhost:8988/ops/ instead.) I don't think it should. We have
seen reports from people who are successfully running Orbeon Forms in
Oracle 10.1.3. Is upgrading from 10.1.0 to 10.1.3 an option for you?
