       Where i will get the simple demo for

       <xf:insert/>

       This is not related to repeating grid.
       I am working with normal grid, Orbeon 4.9 PE

This is for a form that you write in XForms "by hand", i.e. not using Form Builder, correct? I.e. you have an <xf:repeat>? Then I think you'll maybe find this information useful:
