Hello all,
I am very much new to orbeon forms and i usually work with WID.

Jayaram,

You can find plugin at http://www.eclipse-plugins.info/eclipse/plugin_details.jsp?id=795

but this is very old and for older version of Orbeon, right now orbeon is not upgrading the plugins as they have come up with form builder and form runner.

Yes, depending on what you want to do we recommend:

* A good XML editor, like oXygen or the XML support in your IDE
(IntelliJ has decent XML support for example)
* Form Builder, if you want to build forms without writing code
