Help text flickering in IE

I have an issue with help text in IE.

Whenever It's displayed over text area or over drop-down list.

It flickers badly and is impossible to read.

Two following screenshots show this flicker in IE.

In Firefox (the last picture) works without a glitch.

How can it be fixed?

Hi Taras,

I have seen a similar problem a while ago, but it now seems to work
fine. I have changed the order of the controls in the XForms Controls
example, trying to reproduce the problem. But as you can see in the
attached screenshot taken on IE, it seems to work fine.

It would be interesting to have an example that runs in the sandbox
and shows this problem.
