Karthik,
For CSS, your best bet is to look at the structure of the page with
Firebug, and figure out from there what is the CSS you need to change
to change the style.
Regarding your second username/textbox question, is this with a form
created with Form Builder? If it is, you might be able to do this with
CSS, but that might be tricky. If it is in your own form, CSS should
really do it.
