If you mean the URL in the http parameters,
for that you can use the request generator:

http://www.orbeon.com/ops/doc/processors-generators-request

I "think" that you can also use this within your
xforms page with the xxforms:call-xpl function:

http://www.orbeon.com/ops/doc/reference-xforms-functions

Otherwise, I think we need an example/explanation.
