The Orbeon PresentationServer XForms engine now "optimizes" GET
submissions, in that the browser now shows the URL of the GET
submission. In the past, the browser would do a POST, and the GET
would be done server-side. In the future, this should be an option, so
that you will have an "optimized" mode which shows nice URLs in the
browser, and an error-compliant mode, which is able to catch
submission errors.
This is a first step toward better REST-friendliness. As we discussed
on this list, something similar will have to be done in the future for
POST when the target of the POST is implemented by OPS (as opposed to
being an external URL).
