Form Builder form in a portlet

Hi, colleagues!
I am new to Orbeon Forms.

I deployed orbeon and liferay to the tomcat.
I run Orbeon Forms Example Portlet. It work well!

I create a new form in the Form Builder.
How I can run this form in portlet?

Please, share your expirience.
