Error load a Form Runner - Orbeon + MySQL

Hello,

I configure connection between orbeon and DB MySQL.
I create a form in builder form orben and publish the form correctly.

After i go to the form runner home, and see the form create before.
I clic on form, and receive this error:

Hi Alejandro,

A few questions:

- Is this with Orbeon Forms 2016.3?
- You're saying you get this with "publish"; are you also getting an error with "save"?
- Could you attach the properties-local.xml?
- Did you make any other change to any file in the orbeon.war? If you did, can you attach them?
- Can you put in place the "Development configuration" for logging (https://doc.orbeon.com/configuration/advanced/xforms-logging.html#development-configuration), delete the orbeon.log, restart, reproduce, and attach the new orbeon.log?
