Error in form view Liferay

Hi Alex, I have a problem in Orbeon Forms 2016.3. I have forms that appear within Liferay and when I publish the forms and see them, they are shown as follows: I hope you can help me... Regards

Does it happen all the time, or only sometimes?

If you force a reload in the browser, does it work again?

It's all the time and it does not work to reload the page, neither delete
cookies, nor restart the server.

Can you open the Network tab of the Chrome Dev Tools or similar, and see if
there is an error loading some CSS files?

For reasons of time, I installed Orbeon again on the server and the problem
was solved.
It really was weird.
