Error Dialog not working after upgrade to orbeon 4.7

Hi,

After I upgraded to orbeon 4.7 the error dialog (http://wiki.orbeon.com/forms/doc/developer-guide/error-dialog) doesn't work anymore. It will not be displayed if an error occured (e.g. session expired).
Do I have to configure something, or is this a bug?

It could be a bug. I haven't reproduced it yet but entered an issue:
