Encoding problem in some fields

Hi everybody,
I have a strange encoding problem in my forms, I am using UTF-8 like
encoding format as my application is oriented to spanish users, it needs
work with accents or native letters like ñ. My problem starts when the form
is sent and it generate a pdf with the data sent, in this pdf some fileds
support that characters but other fields no, someone had been the same kind
of problem or similar problems?

Are you using a PDF template? Also which version of Orbeon Forms are you using?
