Empty help icon displayed on repeated elements

Phew, on a bit of a roll here...

Something I've noticed in orbeon for a few months now.
If I have a repeated item with a help associated (but the reference is
pointing to an empty node) orbeon sensibly hides the help icon. However
when a new repeated item is added, orbeon displays the help icon.

The attached page demonstrates this in the sandbox.

Yes, good catch. I created a bug for this:

This is happening because the template for the repeat iteration  
doesn't have an xforms-disabled class on the help. When copying the  
template, we just copy the help, don't set a new empty help and hence  
the help icon is shown.
