Yes, good catch. I created a bug for this:
http://forge.objectweb.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=310939&group_id=168&atid=350207This is happening because the template for the repeat iteration
doesn't have an xforms-disabled class on the help. When copying the
template, we just copy the help, don't set a new empty help and hence
the help icon is shown.
