Duplicate orbeon.css reference

Chris Bailey-2
I've noticed that with OPS 3.5 a stylesheet reference to
"/ops/config/theme/orbeon.css" is inserted twice into the document - once
at the beginning of the header section and once towards the end.

Assuming only one is needed - which one is best to remove?

Hi Chris,

Good point. We noticed this at some point, but forgot to fix it. Now
it is fixed in CVS. If this bothers you, edit your
config/xforms-widgets.xsl and remove the line that includes
orbeon.css.
