Dropdown Date in 3.9 : patch for localization in french

Hi Jean-François,

The changes were in the file dropdown-date.xbl. You can see the initial change done for 4.2 in:

https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/commit/46ca66cd908ed179c6e55844678f739ecf0b891e

Since then, resources in more languages have been added. You can see the latest version of dropdown-date.xbl on:

https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/blob/master/src/resources-packaged/xbl/orbeon/dropdown-date/dropdown-date.xbl

You could patch your version of dropdown-date.xbl along the same lines, but you won't be able to just take the latest version of dropdown-date.xbl and run it on 3.9, as xxf:r() wasn't available back then (you'll need to access the instance with the instance() function), as well as the xxbl:mode="lhha binding value".
