Do I have to be a programmer to make this work?

randaklin
I've d/l and installed Orbeon 4.6
Installed it with TomCat Version 7.0.54, May 19 2014 both on a Windows 2008 R2 server
I've followed all the steps by creating the database and the tables on another Windows 20008 R2 SQL Server

I've configured the JDBC file with my sql server address and left the user and password the same for now

I'm able to log in to Orbeon on the localhost and create and save / publish forms and see the data in the summary page, but I've got to be missing something.

After filling out a test for I thought I would see the Orbeon form data in the SQL Server database but don't. I feel like I've either missed something or need to program something so when I submit.

Is there something in TomCat I have to change (edit) ? Something in the form itself I have to connect?

I would like to see the data I've sent using the form in a seperate database, so I can run reports using SSRS.

Any help would be appreciated. I think I'm over my head with this.

For information we handled this offline. It was an issue with the datasource setup.
