Deployment as a separate war

Hi,

I followed the instructions in http://www.orbeon.com/ops/doc/reference-xforms-java

but I am not able to view my portlets  which were defined in my-app war

I am getting this
[PortletLocalServiceImpl:143] Portlet not found for liferay.com XXX_WAR_ops

does this implementation support portlets?

please help/suggest
