OK, so I used the contact form.

By this, I understand you mean to click on "new" on the summary page,
fill out the form, come back to the summary page, and repeat this a
couple of times.

I couldn't reproduce this. If I got the above steps right, could you
maybe record a video showing exactly what you are doing (e.g. with
http://www.screenr.com/)?

Yes, I was able to reproduce this; thank you for the video, somehow I
must have done something slightly different when I tried to reproduce
this yesterday. This issue is now fixed, and the fix is available in
the current nightly build. You'll let us know if this works for you.
And for reference, the issue is:

Re: Re: !! Delete crashes FR !!

Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fix works on Orbeon Forms 3.9.0.post.201202022340 CE!

There is a visual side effect though, submit 5 form entries, go to summary page, then select&delete the 2nd form entry. The check boxes for the bottom form entries become offset from center. So there is a bug in the page refresh after delete.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this. See:

http://www.screenr.com/ob9s

Are you doing something different?

Yes, don't select the first item. Select only the 2nd item or lower, not the 1st item.

I am still unable to reproduce this, even if I try deleting the second form from the summary page. You can see this in the attached video. Would you be able to record a video showing what you see on your side with a nightly build?
