Assuming that the name of the first field is `account`, on the second field, you could have a validation formula that simply says: `. = $account`. You'll let me know if this works for you.

          In case if i want to compare two fields like

          bptec009@gmail.com and BPTEC009@GMAIL.COM

          is it possible to use equalsIgnoreCase() like java?
