Client-side validation

Hi everyone,

While evaluating Orbeon we noticed many AJAX calls to the server while filling in a form. Is there standard support for client-side validation to prevent a lot of this traffic or does this require custom code?

Wouter,

At the moment this would require custom code.

There is potential for reducing the number of Ajax requests, but keep  
in mind that the XForms engine's intelligence is on the server so some  
traffic is required no matter what.
