Can't find the Form Builder

Hi All

I'm new to Orbeon and I'm trying to find the form builder (http://www.orbeon.com/forms/builder) I have downloaded the latest WAR from the nightly build section of the downloads page (I've even downloaded the source and compiled it). Am I missing a single link that takes us to the Form Builder? I've tried http://localhost:8080/orbeon/forms/builder and http://localhost:8080/orbeon/builder and both don't come back with the designer.

Do I have the incorrect WAR file or source? Am i looking in the wrong place? How does one open the form builder?

This should work:
http://<myurl>/orbeon-15-05-08/fr/orbeon/builder

for example: http://localhost:9000/orbeon/fr/orbeon/builder
