Bug with conditional upload controls

I'm having difficulties working with the browser upload control when
they are displayed inside conditional xform:group statements.

Attached is an example which will demonstrate my problem in the sandbox.
I am trying to hide the upload controls when where is some text present
in an instance node. While this works when the page is first loaded,
changes to the text of the node (and hence the relevant state of the
group) does not get reflected on the page (i.e. the browser control
remains). I think this is a Orbeon/xpath bug.

With my example, when you set the text in the node then the browser
controls are updated correctly, however once the text node is cleared,
the browser controls remain in a fixed state
