Bug with case elements in a repeat control

Hi Guys,

Still waiting for your eXist resource issue to be resolved.
Unfortunately I have upgraded to 3.7beta and now can't really go back.

I have a very strange bug which I can't easily reproduce in your sandbox.

To try and explain:
When I have a switch case inside a repeating item and I replace the
contents of the repeating item such as the new contents number more then
the previous ones, then the new switch cases which should be displayed
have a class "xforms-case-deselected" which causes them not to appear.

It occurs in 200808260135 and 3.7.0beta1+.200811270539

The attached file causes me problems but runs fine in your sandbox. I'm
also showing you an image to better explain.

Can you reproduce this?
