Broken applications in trunk -- JBoss deployment

AlecL
I recently upgraded to last night's build in the hopes that it would fix a rendering issue.  Unfortunately, my application no longer renders and none of the example applications render anything at all, not even the 'view source code' option.  There are no errors in the console output, save a couple lines when JBoss first deploys the exploded orbeon.war:

14:05:29,561 ERROR [STDERR] Using parser org.orbeon.oxf.xml.xerces.XercesSAXParser
14:05:29,561 ERROR [STDERR] Using transformer orbeon.apache.xalan.transformer.TransformerIdentityImpl

I wasn't seeing either those errors or these problems before with the beta1 version from August 2008.  The configurations are the same; the only change I have needed to make is commenting out war isolation in jboss-app.xml to avoid classcastexceptions with the xerces parser.

If those are complaints that the "correct" version of Xerces and
Xalan cannot be found, you can ignore them safely.

Regarding the page coming back "empty", can you try to empty the
cache or your browser and load the page again? If you still have an
empty, are you getting this result both on IE and Firefox? If on
Firefox, can you see you have JavaScript errors?
