Is anyone seeing Safari 1.3 being used by users out there?
Safari 1.3 is two major versions behind the current version of Safari
(3.1), soon to 3 versions behind with Safari 4 just around the corner.
It is also not considered to be a Grade-A browser by YUI, and
reproducing Safari 1.3 issues is quite hard, as it requires a computer
running OS X 10.3 (also two version of the OS behind the current
version). So I am tempted to just scratch Safari 1.3 bugs and mark
them as "won't fix". Any opinion?
