The front page could probably mention a few other databases now.
 
Java, Oracle, MySQL
On the server, Orbeon Forms runs on Java, and out-of-the-box supports storing data in Oracle, DB2, MySQL, or the eXist database, which comes with Orbeon Forms. Orbeon Forms also has an API allowing you to integrate other databases or backends.
