Access Form Data within Form

mepknapp
I would like to put a welcome message at the top of the form that includes the name of the form in it by retrieving the form's name (from header?).

i.e.  Welcome Clark Kent to the Superman Assistance Request form.
where Superman Assitance Request is the name of the form

thanks

Hi Mary,

There is no simple solution right now to access the title from an
expression in one of the formulas for a control. In most cases people
want to do the opposite of what your asking, i.e. show in the title
the value of a field.

Let me try to understand this better: if you want to copy the form
title in a description, why not do it "by hand"? I know that this
means that if the title changes, you need to change the description as
well, but that seems like a minor inconvenience, isn't it?
