API Google MAP capture Lat/Lon in Orbeon Forma

Hello, I could integrated a API google Maps in Form orbeon this work for
me!!!

But now, I need capture the current position and save the coordinate
latitude/longitude.
it's possible? Please help!!

Hi Alejandro,

Can you tell us more about you did? Did you use the  built-in map XBL
component <https://doc.orbeon.com/form-runner/component/map.html>  , or did
you create your own? The built-in component does capture the
longitude/latitude. And if you've created your own XBL, then it is up to you
do so, but you can maybe peek at what the built-in component does for some
inspiration.

I use the  built-in map XBL

The store has assigned to my users (they view stores in a dropdown).
I need that my users can mark their position when they capture information
trough the form when they stayed in a store.

... in the dropdown the first option is a address assigned for one users.
If i select the option in a dropdown, the map show the address.

You mention that the component xbl capture the coordinate latitude and
longitude. How i can view this? it's possible show this coordinate in a text
field? do you have any example about this?

Hi Alex...
I can captured the coordinate in a text field.
But i have a problem...
If i choosed the address in a dropdown the latitude and longitude coordinate
not show. but if i movethe mark in a map i view the coordinate.

It's possible view the coordinate when i have choosed the option in a
dropdown avoiding having to move the mark in a map??

Sorry Alejandro, the last 2 weeks have been especially busy here, and I
didn't get a chance to look into this. Did you get to do some progress on
this, or are things still as they were when you wrote that last message?

Thing still as were when i wrote that last message.
I can't view the coordinate when i choosed any option in dropdown list but
if i move the mark in red color, i view the coordinate.
Please help me if is possible
