404 error when creating a form

Hello,
We save our form template data in our local database. Orbeon is supposed to
pull the data from our local database and create the template, but it is not
connecting and we are getting a 404 error. The developers that originally
set it up do not work at the company anymore. How can I set this up?

Hi Shelby,

It seems to me like we would need to have some intricate knowledge of
application-specific code to be able to help you on this one, so this forum
is most likely not the best place. Are you using Orbeon Forms CE or PE? If
PE, maybe we can help with this through Dev Support
(https://www.orbeon.com/services), if this is something that could make
sense for your organization.

Hi Shelby, did you figure out what the issue was with your app when creating
a template from the database? If not, are you currently using Orbeon Forms
CE or PE?
