<xforms:select appearance="minimal"> displays dropdown!

OPS displays a <xforms:select appearance="minimal"..> as a dropdown (ie
the same as <xforms:select1 appearance="minimal">), which isn't right.

In the meanwhile, use "compact". "minimal" will likely do the same thing.
