When I got to work on a new project with 3.0 beta 3, I edited web.xml
to make the first page-flow/pipeline processed be my prologue pipeline.
In copying in nightly builds, I had not been updating web.xml.
(for the record, I copy classes, lib, config, and ops, since (so far) I
have not changed any of these directories/files).
Yesterday in trying to get the code from the xforms sandbaox example
(that I had copied into my project) to work, I spend much of the
afternoon trying to figure why/where/how there was this request to
xforms-server that I didn't seem to have any way to process.
Today I installed another nightly build, and still had the same problem
(and it ran ok on my equally updated local copy of the examples), so I
started looking further field.
Of course, I found that there is a lot of new stuff in web.xml
And that the format of the ops entries had changed.
Happily I was once again able to switch from page-flow.xml to
prologue.xpl.
