Weird ? instead of " " in emails

Guys;

Our system is sending out emails each night using the OXF mailer and on ONE of our servers (The production one) There are alot of weird characters showing up in the email.

All servers are relaying though the same SMTP server at our ISP so that shouldnt be a problem.

The servers are Redhat ES servers if that helps.

See below for an example.

Hi Matt,

Are you specifying a character encoding when using the email processor?
You might want to try to modify the character encoding and see what
happens. Checkout the documentation at:
