Simulate the process save by JAVA before redirecting to a URL

Hi,

We have defined in Orbeon a service that always runs (image attached). When
executing the endpoint associated to that service, in JAVA we do a redirect
since we need to go to an external application to take some data.

Before doing the redirection before commented, we want to save the current
status of the form as the Orbeon 'save' process operation does.

We are interested in being done it by the Orbeon interface, not with the
buttons of the Runner.

So, How could it be done? Would it be possible?

Hi Iñigo,

I am not following: are you referring to a service defined under HTTP
Services, in the Advanced tab of Form Builder? If so, those services just
return data, for instance to populated fields in the form, but they don't
redirect users to another page. So I'm not sure when and why you would like
to trigger the form to be saved. You'll let me know what I am missing!
